A snugger lid hinge

Smaller cavity, rounded exterior and magnet pockets retained. Hinge bearing clearance reduced from 0.40 to 0.30 mm to address sideways lid play.

CAD checks are not a physical fit pass. Opening without binding and reduced wobble still need a print test. The existing case collection remains available below.

The latest saved assembly and recessed woven lid, shown as renders. The lid's generic slicer check generated internal supports.

The physical version and support-removal result for this lid are unconfirmed. No manufacturing approval is implied.

Still in engineering

The new fox-chest side-wing joint is on engineering hold. Sampled movement does not establish full clearance, strength, load paths or bed adhesion. It is not included as a printable maker part. Rejected older wings remain excluded.

Independent printed-fox paws, repeated compact-joint body sections, arbitrary mixed printable exports and physical accessory unions remain future validation work.
